The storm happened late Saturday night into Sunday morning. I contacted Josh and left a voicemail but he immediately returned my call. I explained the amount of storm damage that I had & he asked me for my address. He took time out of his off day to come tarp my roof to avoid additional damage. Fast forward ???????? I contacted my insurance company to report the damage. Josh continued to keep in contact with me to arrange a day/time to fix my roof without hesitation. Josh made the process seem-less! The guys did an amazing job in replacing my entire roof! The storm damage was so bad I would hear the noise of the loose shingles. Since my roof has been replaced, I hear peace & quiet whenever it storms. ???? I would highly recommend Indy Roof Company for your roofing needs! Their customer service is phenomenal!! Job well-done guys!!

Without hesitation, he said I have to call Aaron. When I called, Aaron was extremely professional and supportive of my request. When Aaron had to change plans with his original appointment (due to the weather), he quickly sent me a text to let me know, and the next date he would be available. Aaron was punctual and gave us an honest appraisal of the condition of our roof. Not wanting to make an unnecessary insurance claim, I didn’t want a roofer to push repairs that we not needed. Aaron was honest and clearly communicated why he didn’t think a new roof was needed at this time. I appreciated Aaron’s professionalism and integrity and look forward to using him when I do need a new roof!

“We had some wind damage and were looking for a roofer. My friend noticed his neighbor getting a new roof.”

He was so impressed with their work he asked them to look at his roof. He ended up getting a new roof as well. He was very happy with the job Indy Roof did and so he recommended them to us. At first, our insurance company said I only needed some repairs and that it would be less than my deductible. Aaron with Indy Roof told me to be patient, said he’d see what he could do. Well, a few months later we had a new roof and could not be happier with the job they did. They completed the job in one day. His crew could not have been nicer. He upgraded our shingles and added a drip edge. He didn’t have to do those things, he just said it was the right thing to do. Who does that nowadays? I would gladly recommend Aaron and Indy Roof to anyone.
